Technical property management

Our technical property managers are either engineers, architects or technicians and are responsible for the technical operations of the properties. They operate locally in close proximity to the properties, execute the regular property checks and guarantee a continous property documentation. They also conduct the transfer of all rental areas to and from the tenants.

Letting management

Our letting specialists are responsible for an effective letting management close to the tenants and properties. The operative implementation is conducted by Mitte7 GmbH.
